So today we had 3 miles. My calves were a little, okay they were really tight. My hip hurt a little bit but not too bad..so the run was good. What was really the highlight of the day was the events we worked on after. Come to find out I am a decent shotput thrower, don't know where that came from but whatever haha. I can hurdle pretty good, but I don't like it very much. Although, I think I am going to high jump! After practice I stayed after about an hour working on it. We got the bar up to 5' 5" and I cleared that pretty easily. I don't have very good form though but I can always work on that! So hopefully maybe I could be pretty good at this! |
