I haven't updated in a while and I will start doing that from now on. So I have been laying off the mileage a little bit for about a week now because of my calf muscles. They were both super tight and I have been stretching them, icing, rolling as much as I can. Today I have done the most mileage I have done. It felt pretty good, there is a little pain but I should be ready to roll by next week! Lifting after was good. I can feel I am getting stronger. I don't know if I should tone it down a little bit because sometimes I feel like I am lifting too much, but coach said do as much as you can...and I can do a lot at some things...haha anyways I am super excited for track and once I get past this minor injury I will be ready to roll!! |
